QuPid Mobile Auto-Recharge Policy
When you start a QuPid Mobile Leads “Done For You” Campaign, auto-recharge is automatically enabled. It’s good to remember that we will auto-recharge your stored payment option when your Campaign account falls below $150
Every time this happens, $100 will be the amount that QuPid Mobile Leads auto-recharge will add to your account – and keep your QuPid Mobile Leads “Done For You” Campaign active.
Together we will manage your Campaign spend and see if we need to revise your Campaign renewal amount. You can manually change the auto recharge amount. Contact us at email@example.com
QuPid Mobile Leads does not give partial refunds for a Campaign once it has been approved by Client and Authorized QML Representative. Cancelling automatic renewal has no effect on your current Campaign, or Campaign balance. It only cancels automatic renewal of the next auto-charge when it drops below $100.
If you want to disable QuPid Mobile Leads auto-recharge, you can do it manually. You just have to:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Make sure you indicate Auto-recharge on the email subject line.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.
QuPid Mobile Leads Refund Policy
Should you decide you want a complete refund BEFORE your “Done For You Campaign” Creative process has been started, you MUST IMMEDIATELY email your request to email@example.com – with REFUND on the “Subject Line”.
You can only ask for a refund if you have: a) not completed your QuPid Mobile Leads “Done For You” Marketing call and b) sent email with campaign confirmation.
